Loom-A-Tic shirts are on sale for a limited time.  Orders will be accepted until July 6, 2017.  The cost is only $15.00 (Plus $2.00 for 2X through 5X with no extra charge for women’s plus sizes) for each shirt with whatever option you choose.

Please complete the order form indicating your preferences and quantity that you wish to order.  Place the form and your payment in the supplied envelope.  Give the envelope to the bartender to be forwarded to the Administrator.  Your shirt will be Available within the week before the ride.

LOOM-a-tic XV WEEKEND

15th Annual  

Huntingdon Moose Family Center Riders Group #223

 

 

July 14th & 15th 2017

 Registration for the ride will be Saturday July 15th 9:00 am to 11:30 am at the Huntingdon Moose Lodge. Registration fee will be $15.00 per person and this will include the Ride on Saturday, Dice run, and light meal at the Moose Lodge on Saturday after the ride.

 

·         Friday July 14th--Loom-a-tic walk (walk around Huntingdon to support our local clubs) $5.00 for the dice walk. Registration at 3:00 pm,

              walk will leave Moose at 3:30 pm sharp and return to the Moose around 5:30 pm.

·         Friday evening July 14th ---  Wings go on sell at 5:00pm till they are gone.

·         Open Jukebox 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm.

 

·         Saturday July 15th –Breakfast by the WOTM (9:30 am till 11:30 am) only $5.00

            Registration (9:00 am till 11:30 am), Blessing of the Bikes 11:45 am, Kickstands up at

           12:00 pm, Light meal at the Huntingdon Moose after the ride. Dance 8:00 pm to

           11:00 pm with the band “REBOOT”.

 

Come and enjoy a LOOM-a-tic XV weekend of Fellowship and Fun. Meet other Members of Different Moose Riders Groups and Lodges.

 

Proceeds from the LOOM-a-tic XV ride will go to Moose Charities and Mooseheart.

Itinerary for Friday (August 18, 2017)

 Wings Special 5:00 PM until they are gone.

Registration 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

Annual PMA Moose Riders meeting 7:00 pm

Dance “DD and the Pub Crawlers” 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

 

Itinerary for Saturday (August 19, 2017)

Buffet Breakfast all you can eat $5.00 per person-- 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM.

Registration 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.

Ride leaves at 11:00 AM.

 

Moose Walk leaves 12:00 PM, for people who are not going on the ride, we will be walking to the other

 clubs around Huntingdon (Legion and VFW, and other stops along the way) to show our support, this is

 not a very long walk and should be fun for all.

 

Dice Run $5.00 per person for both the ride and walk.

Bike games at 2:30 PM.

 

Dinner from 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM.  Steak (cook your own), Baked Potato, Corn, and Applesauce.                                             

PMA State raffle drawing & PMA speakers at 7:00 pm.

Band “Backlash” in Social Quarters at 8:00 pm.

 

Itinerary for Sunday (August 20, 2017)

Breakfast 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM all you can eat $5.00 per person.

Warrior Ridge Campground is available March-November for primitive camping.  

Warrior Ridge Campground at Lincoln Caverns is private, secluded and offers wooded tent sites for individuals, small groups or large groups.

 We can provide a quote per person, per site, or for entire facility. Come stay at Warrior Ridge for a reasonable fee and avoid the crowds.

 

Primitive camping will be available at the Mill Creek Fire Co.
